1. Standing Position - is the standard position for using this device, also allows
you to do some supporting exercise during use. Stand with your feet on the
vibrating platform, raise your arms upwards slowly and take a deep
breath; then slowly exhale while arms return to their original position. Repeat
this action 30-40 times. Drink some warm water when you feel a little hot
or a tingling sensation. It helps to excrete the toxins built up during metabolism.
The beginning user may need to lean on a desk when using the device.
2. Sitting Position (2 methods):
• Sit on the chair with hands on knees, and both of your feet placed on the device.
• Or you can put a cushion on the device, and sit directly on the cushion. This method greatly stimulates the action in the upper body.
The sitting position is more suitable for older people, women or people who have difficulty standing.
