Preparation
Before use, do some warm-up exercises, stand on the foot plate, Inhale, slowly pushing your hands upward, then backward |

Adaptation
Stand on the foot plate facing the belt motor, insert the belt to speed 1 or 2 and massage 2-3 minutes to adapt the movement. |

Single Side Shoulder Position
Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap only one belt across a shoulder to exercise one shoulder at a time. |

Shoulder Position
Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap each belt across the shoulder on each side as shown in picture 5 |

Underarm Position
Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belts around the upper body just under the arms to help tone the underarm areas. |

Waist Position
Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belts around waist to exercise and tone waistline. |

Belly Position
Stand on the machine facing away from the belt motor. Wrap belts around belly to massage and tone your belly. |

Hip Position
Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belts around lower hip to massage the hip muscles. |

Leg Position
Sit on the machine facing the belt motor. Suspend your legs with the belts around legs as shown in picture. Massage and tone your legs. |

Double Vibrations
Stand on the machine facing away from the belt motor. Massages the bottom and upper areas at the same time. |

Double Side Shoulder Position
Wrap 2 belts across a shoulder to exercise two shoulder at a time. |

Twist Exercise
Stand on the foot stand, and swing your body from right to left. |
